Ptak's Swedish Meatballs

  1. Mix egg into milk in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add meats, celery salt, onion soup, bread crumbs, ketchup and steak sauce and mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into balls.
  4. Place in large skillet with about 1/2 inch of water.
  5. Cover and cook until browned.
  6. In a crock pot, mix together gravy, sour cream and mushroom soup.
  7. Add meatballs and cook for at least 2 hours, but can be left all day.
  8. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.
