Braised Dried Scallops And Radishes Recipe

  2. Soak dry scallops.
  3. (Reserve soaking liquid.)

  5. Strain soaking liquid; then combine with stock, sherry and salt.
  6. Trim and peel radishes.

  8. Heat oil.
  9. Add in scallops and radishes; stir-fry 2 min.
  10. 4.
  11. Add in soaking liquid-stock mix and heat quickly.
  12. Then simmer, covered, till scallops are tender (about 15 min).

  14. Meanwhile blend cornstarch and remaining cool water to a paste.
  15. Then stir in to thicken, and serve.
