Egg Olive Salad For Sandwiches Recipe

• 8 hard boiled Large eggs, minced fine
• 1/4 c. salad olives
• 1/4 c. of mayonnaise
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spread on Roman meal bread.
3. Cut into finger sandwiches.
4. This is a very nice spread for party sandwiches.
