Strawberries with Molasses Sour Cream Sauce

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
• 1 pint strawberries, hulled and, if large, halved

1. In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon molasses until smooth.
2. Divide strawberries between 2 bowls and top with sour cream sauce.
3. Drizzle remaining molasses over servings.
