Honey Dijon Glazed Baby Carrots Recipe

  1. Prepare carrots using the method you normally use (boil, steam, etc till fork tender).
  2. Drain excess water.
  3. Set carrots aside in a separate bowl.
  4. Return pan to stove and add in honey and mustard.
  5. Heat till bubbly, then return carrots to honey mix, coat proportionately with the sauce and cook for one minute.
  6. Serve immediately.
