Strawberry Icebox Cake
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 45 graham wafers
- 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Stir in Cool Whip.
- Gently stir in strawberries.
- Arrange 15 wafers on bottom of 13x9-inch pan; cover with 1/3 of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat layers twice.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Just before serving, melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over dessert.
