Turtle Brownies

  1. Reserve 24 pecan halves; chop remaining pecans.
  2. Prepare and bake brownies in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package, stirring chopped pecans into batter before pouring into pan.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Beat milk and pudding mixes with whisk 2 min.
  5. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over brownies.
  6. Top with pecan halves.
  7. Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  8. or until melted when stirred.
  9. Drizzle over brownies.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours.
