Chicken Giblet Stock

  1. Combine all ingredients in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
  5. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  6. Cover and refrigerate.)
