Sunday Brunch Casserole

  1. In skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Remove with a slotted spoon;crumble and set aside.
  3. In drippings, saute onion and green pepper until tender; remove with slotted spoon.
  4. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl.
  5. Stir in hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, dill, onion, green pepper, and bacon.
  6. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
