Hamburger Mushroom Soup
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 whole Onion, Diced
- 1/2 teaspoons Each Of Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Sage, Parsley Flakes
- 1 cup Water
- 2 teaspoons Beef Bouillon
- 2 whole Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
- 2 whole Carrots, Sliced Or Diced
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- In a Dutch oven, brown the ground beef, onion, and seasonings.
- When beef is no longer pink, add the water, bouillon, potatoes, and carrots.
- Simmer 15 minutes or until veggies are done.
- Stir in mushroom soup and milk.
- Heat through and serve.
