  1. Put Crisco in skillet; add onion, 2 stalks chopped celery (if celery is desired), pepper, mushrooms and meat.
  2. Cook and stir until meat is browned.
  3. Add tomato sauce, soup and paste, then chopped olives and salt.
  4. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  5. Arrange cooked noodles in
  6. casserole, then meat mixture.
  7. Top with grated cheese and run in oven and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325u0b0.
  8. This can be divided into 2 smaller casseroles and frozen until ready to bake.
