Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 qt. Italian sauce (for pasta)
- oregano
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
- 10 slices American cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. pepperoni, thinly sliced
- Brown ground beef with onion in oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain grease.
- Add ground beef to Italian pasta sauce.
- Add some oregano and simmer for 1/2 hour.
- While it simmers, boil noodles in boiling salted water about 15 minutes; drain them.
- Fill a 9 x 15-inch pan with alternate layers of noodles, cheese, tomato-meat sauce and pepperoni, ending with noodles and sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
