Lasagne

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in oil.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drain grease.
  4. Add ground beef to Italian pasta sauce.
  5. Add some oregano and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  6. While it simmers, boil noodles in boiling salted water about 15 minutes; drain them.
  7. Fill a 9 x 15-inch pan with alternate layers of noodles, cheese, tomato-meat sauce and pepperoni, ending with noodles and sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
