Quick & Easy Frito Pie
- 1 pound Ground Beef Or Ground Turkey
- 16 ounces, weight Salsa Of Your Choosing
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Kidney Beans, Undrained
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Rice
- 3/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Crushed Fritos
- Brown ground beef or turkey.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Top ground beef or turkey with salsa, kidney beans, rice, and water.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 20 minutes, top with cheese and cover to allow the cheese to melt.
- Top each serving with crushed Fritos.
