Alain's Favorite Steamed Mussels

• 2 lbs mussels
• 12 cup jost eagle tree muscat wine
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1. Add ingredients to a small stockpot.
2. Steam for two to three minutes, or until the mussels on top have opened.
3. Makes 2 main course servings or 4 appetizer-size servings.
