Reuben Dip

  1. Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
  2. In a medium saucepan, mix sauerkraut with cream cheese and Swiss cheese.
  3. Add diced corned beef and Thousand Island dressing.
  4. Cover and heat on low until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally to blend all ingredients.
