Baked Chili Dogs with Mayo Pico de Gallo
- 4 OSCAR MAYER Wieners
- 1 can (15 oz.) chili
- 4 corn tortillas (6-inch), warmed
- 3 Tbsp. of KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- Pico de Gallo:
- 1 tomato, finely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1/4 finely chopped red onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayonesa con Limon
- Heat the oven to 425F.
- Spread chili onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.
- Place 1 wiener on each tortilla; roll up.
- Place, seam sides down, over chili.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
- Bake for 20 min or until wieners are heated through and cheese is melted.
- Pico de Gallo: Combine all the ingredients tomato, onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro and the Mayo Twist of Lime in a medium bowl.
- Serve: When its done, top with pico de gallo all over the chili dogs.
- Enjoy immediately!
