Baked Chili Dogs with Mayo Pico de Gallo

  1. Heat the oven to 425F.
  2. Spread chili onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Place 1 wiener on each tortilla; roll up.
  4. Place, seam sides down, over chili.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  6. Bake for 20 min or until wieners are heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Pico de Gallo: Combine all the ingredients tomato, onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro and the Mayo Twist of Lime in a medium bowl.
  8. Serve: When its done, top with pico de gallo all over the chili dogs.
  9. Enjoy immediately!
