Salt and Vinegar Potatoes

  1. Peel and cut in half the potatoes.
  2. (To prepare in advance peel and cut and then place in cold water until needed).
  3. Boil the potatoes as normal in water and a pinch of salt.
  4. (Normally takes about 12-15 minutes once the water starts boiling)
  5. Once done, drain the potatoes.
  6. Add the Vinegar and olive oil and gently mix it all together.
  7. Check the seasoning.
  8. Chop the onions and add it to the potatoes.
