Cran-Spiced Orange Dessert
- 2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Seasons Delight Sweet Cinnamon Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
- Whisk Neufchatel, dry pudding mix and milk in medium bowl until well blended.
- Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water.
- Pour over Neufchatel layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP, cranberries and nuts just before serving.
