Cran-Spiced Orange Dessert

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  2. Whisk Neufchatel, dry pudding mix and milk in medium bowl until well blended.
  3. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  4. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Stir in cold water.
  7. Pour over Neufchatel layer.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Top with remaining COOL WHIP, cranberries and nuts just before serving.
