Healthy Oatmeal Craisin Waffles or Pancakes
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12 tablespoons corn oil
- 12 cup and 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 14 cup craisins
- Combine all of the ingredients except the craisins.
- Spoon the batter onto the griddle or waffle iron, and sprinkle however many cranberries you desire on top.
- Bake like normal.
