Mesquite-Crusted Shepherd's Pie

• 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
• 1 pkt. SHAKE N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
• 1 Tbsp. A.1. Dry Rub Sweet Mesquite BBQ
• 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
• 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
• 3 cups warm mashed potatoes

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Brown meat with onions and garlic in large skillet; drain.
3. Return meat mixture to skillet.
4. Combine cheese, coating mix and Dry Rub.
5. Add half the cheese mixture to meat mixture along with the mixed vegetables and tomato sauce; stir.
6. Cook 5 min.
7. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
8. Spoon into 2-qt.
9. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover with potatoes.
10. Top with remaining cheese mixture.
11. Bake 20 min.
12. or until heated through.
