Potato crusted fried chicken
- 2 cup Dehydrated potato flakes
- 3 Eggs
- 1 lb Boneless/skinless chicken breast
- 4 cup Peanut oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Parsley flakes
- 1 pinch Paprika
- In a medium to large sauce pot, preheat oil to 350F
- Crack the eggs into a medium bowl, beat them slightly
- In a second medium bowl, combine potato flakes, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, and paprika, mix slightly.
- Dip the chicken into the eggs, then the dry ingredients.
- Slowly lower the breaded chicken into the hot oil, cook until the chicken is a golden brown color and is floating in the oil, allow to dry on a paper towel and enjoy!
