Bill's Favorite Dessert Recipe

• 4 pkt Knox unflavored gelatin
• 1 x kiwi peeled, diced
• 1 c. raspberries
• 1 c. strawberries diced
• 1/2 c. seedless red grapes halved
• 1 Tbsp. banana extract
• 1 Tbsp. orange extract
• 1/2 tsp strawberry extract Mint leaves Whipped cream for serving

1. Put gelatin and 2 c. water in saucepan; stir till dissolved.
2. Add in remainder of ingredients, and simmer till raspberries dissolve.
3. Pour into mold to cold.
4. Serve topped with fresh whipped cream.
5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
