Rhonda's Vegetable Dip
- 8 ounces mayonnaise
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced green bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons minced cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons minced carrots
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 2 tablespoons minced radishes
- 1 dash garlic powder
- Mix the mayonaise, sour cream, salt, sugar and garlic powder to make the creamy base.
- After finely dicing or mincing the veggies, add to the creamy mixture:.
- The flavors will blend better if left a few hours or overnight.
- Serve with veggies, mushrooms and even chips.
- This keeps several days in the refrigerator.
