Harvey Wallbanger Cake Recipe

• 1 pkg. orange cake mix
• 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
• 1/2 c. veg. oil
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 4 Large eggs
• 1/4 c. vodka
• 1/4 c. Galliano
• 3/4 c. orange juice

1. Mix all ingredients together and beat 4 min.
2. Pour batter into a well greased and floured tube or possibly bundt pan.
3. Bake 45-50 min at 350 degrees.
4. Remove cake from pan while still warm.
5. Place on large cake plate.
6. Drizzle glaze over cake made from: 1 1/2 tbsp.
7. orange concentrate 1 1/2 tbsp.
8. vodka 1 1/2 tbsp.
9. Galliano
10. Scrape up any glaze which runs off and re-apply.
