Barbecue Beef Calzone

  1. Brown ground beef in stock pot over medium-high heat; drain.
  2. Add onions and peppers.
  3. Cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain if necessary.
  5. Return to heat.
  6. Stir IN barbecue sauce.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  9. Place one piece of pizza dough on lightly floured surface; roll out to 7-inch circle with rolling pin.
  10. Repeat with remaining dough pieces.
  11. Place 140 g meat and 40 g cheese on one half of each dough circle; fold remaining half of dough over filling to completely enclose filling.
  12. Crimp edge of dough with fork to seal.
  13. Place on full sheet pan (or half sheet pan for trial recipe).
  14. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
