Chili Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients except tomatoes, cheese and buns.
  2. Shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 1/2-inch thick.
  3. Set oven control to broil and/or 550u0b0.
  4. Broil patties with tops about 3 inches from heat until medium doneness, 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  5. Place 1 tomato slice on each patty; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.
  6. Broil just until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve patties in buns.
  8. Makes 8 sandwiches; 460 calories per sandwich.
