Nacho Dip

  1. Brown
  2. and
  3. drain hamburger.
  4. Place Velveeta, Mozzarella and Cheddar
  5. cheese
  6. (shredded)
  7. in
  8. 4-quart crock-pot on low. Dice onion and green pepper.
  9. Drain tomatoes and green chillies and dice finely.
  10. Place
  11. hamburger,
  12. onion, green pepper, tomatoes and green chillies
  13. in
  14. crock-pot
  15. with the cheese and add garlic salt to taste.
  16. Let
  17. cook
  18. for
  19. about 1/4 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot over tortilla chips.
