Nacho Dip
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (plain or Mexican)
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- garlic salt
- 1 (4 oz.) green chillies
- tortilla chips
- Brown
- and
- drain hamburger.
- Place Velveeta, Mozzarella and Cheddar
- cheese
- (shredded)
- in
- 4-quart crock-pot on low. Dice onion and green pepper.
- Drain tomatoes and green chillies and dice finely.
- Place
- hamburger,
- onion, green pepper, tomatoes and green chillies
- in
- crock-pot
- with the cheese and add garlic salt to taste.
- Let
- cook
- for
- about 1/4 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot over tortilla chips.
