White Crepes
- 4 egg whites
- 100 ml milk (I use only a soy milk, but you can use skim or low-fat too)
- 50 g all-purpose flour (I use whole wheat)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Pour all ingredients in blender and blend until are well combined.
- Heat a non stick skillet.
- When it's well heated grease with a butter using a paper.
- Spread 2 tbsp of the batter and grill about 1 minute or until the ends of the crepe comes away of the skillet.
- Turn the crepe on the other side and grill 1 more minute.
- Repeat until all batter finish, greasing the skillet before every new crepe.
