Jalapeno Cashew Cheese
- 1 cup Raw Cashews, Soaked Overnight, Drained
- 1/2 cups Full Fat Coconut Milk (shake Can First)
- 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric (optional, For Yellow Color)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Tahini
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Sea Salt
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Process on high until smooth.
- Makes 1 cup (16 tablespoons).
