Preacher'S Shrimp Pasta Bruscato

  1. Sauce:
  2. Heat olive oil in pan and saute garlic, bell pepper and onion until wilted.
  3. Add fennel seed, oregano and margarine. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, 1/2 whole and 1/2 chopped, in order to distribute the flavor.
  5. Stir gently until shrimp turn pink (approximately 10 minutes).
  6. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste and simmer 5 more minutes.
