Crab and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
- 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 (8 ounce) packages mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- mix crab meat and cream cheese together.
- add 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese mix together.
- pull stems off mushrooms and save for something else.
- stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture.
- put 2 tbsp olive oil in baking dish.
- place mushrooms in dish
- put remaining 1 1/2 cup mozzerella on top of mushrooms.
- drizzle remaining tbsp olive oil on top.
- bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
