Crab and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. soften cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. mix crab meat and cream cheese together.
  3. add 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese mix together.
  4. pull stems off mushrooms and save for something else.
  5. stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture.
  6. put 2 tbsp olive oil in baking dish.
  7. place mushrooms in dish
  8. put remaining 1 1/2 cup mozzerella on top of mushrooms.
  9. drizzle remaining tbsp olive oil on top.
  10. bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
