Chicken and Crunchy Noodle Salad Cups

  1. Combine the chicken, noodles, spring onions, carrot, mint, coriander, dressing and fish sauce in a large bowl.
  2. Divide chicken mixture evenly between the lettuce cups.
  3. Serve immediately.
