Potato and Olive Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese, divided
- 1 Yukon gold potato (150 g), thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup assorted pitted olives
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix thyme, garlic and oil until blended; brush half onto dough.
- Top with 1 cup cheese and potatoes.
- Brush with remaining oil mixture.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown, topping with remaining cheese and olives after 10 min.
