Soft Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Combine flour and baking soda.
  3. Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  5. Stir in flour mixture, walnuts or peanuts and chocolate.
  6. Drop 2 tablespoons batter per cookie onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown around edges.
  8. Cool on sheets for about 3 minutes.
  9. Transfer to racks to cool.
