Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

  1. In a bowl, combine pretzels and butter.
  2. Press onto the bottom of two 10-ounce greased custard cups.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until set.
  4. Cool on a wire rack.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping.
  7. Spoon over crust.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, in a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  11. Fold in strawberries.
  12. Carefully spoon over filling.
  13. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
