Mushroom Appetizer

• 4 (1/2 lb) packageswhole white button mushrooms
• 13 cup butter (Must be butter! Margarine is too oily)
• 12 tablespoon onion salt
• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 12 tablespoons flour
• 12 pint whipping cream
• 1 loaf French bread

1. Line a 9"x13" pan with mushrooms.
2. Mix remaining ingredients over mushrooms.
3. Bake COVERED at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
4. Serve with french bread to dip.
