Easy, Gotta Try Soda Cracker Pie Recipe

• 3 egg whites
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 soda crackers
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 c. minced walnuts
• 1 (8 ounce.) carton whipping cream

1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
2. Fold in sugar, vanilla and baking pwdr.
3. Mix in crushed soda crackers and nuts.
4. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
5. Let cold.
6. Whip whipping cream till stiff and sweeten to taste.
7. Top pie.
