Sausage Kraut Skillet Recipe

  1. Combine potatoes, carrot, onion, garlic, and 1/4 c. water in a medium skillet.
  2. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 10 min.
  4. Rinse sauerkraut; drain well.
  5. Cut sausage in half lengthwise; slice 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Add in sauerkraut, sausage, beer, and mustard to skillet.
  7. Cover and cook 5 - 10 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Serves 2.
