Cheese Baked Chicken Breasts

  1. Between waxed paper, crush crackers into coarse crumbs with rolling pin.
  2. Mix well with salt, garlic salt and marjoram in a shallow bowl. Beat egg and water in another shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and then coat well in the crumb mixture.
  4. Place in moderately buttered shallow pan about an inch apart.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake in preheated oven
  7. at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Twelve chicken pulley bones can be substituted for breasts in which case baking time needs to be 1 1/4 hours at 350u0b0.
  9. Yields 12 servings.
