New Potatoes With Lemon Horseradish

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Melt butter in oven in 2-quart casserole.
  3. Stir in horseradish, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in potatoes until well coated with butter.
  5. Cover; bake 55-65 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and sprinkle with parsley.
