Tangy Glazed Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and dry mustard to make the glaze.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a (large) separate bowl, combine beef, bread, onion, egg, bouillon, lemon juice and 1/3 cup of glaze mixture.
  5. Form into a loaf and place into a 9x5 loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Pour off fat.
  8. Pour reserved glaze onto the loaf.
  9. Bake 10 minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
