Tangy Glazed Meatloaf
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups BBQ Sauce
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef (1 Pound Venison Can Be Substituted For 1 Pound Of Beef)
- 3 slices Bread, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Minced Onion
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Beef Bouillon Granules
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and dry mustard to make the glaze.
- Set aside.
- In a (large) separate bowl, combine beef, bread, onion, egg, bouillon, lemon juice and 1/3 cup of glaze mixture.
- Form into a loaf and place into a 9x5 loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Pour off fat.
- Pour reserved glaze onto the loaf.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
