Libbies Potato Doughnuts 2

  1. sift at last 1 cup of the flour with the dry ingredients before adding to the potatoes and rest of ingredients
  2. add enough flour to handle dough
  3. roll out about 1/4 inch and cut with cutter
  4. and fry in deep fat.
