Pan Smeared Garlic & Lemon Salmon

  1. Season each filet (skin side down) with
  2. Cover each filet with one tablespoon of lemon juice
  3. Cover salmon with plastic wrap and refrigerate for fifteen minutes to marinate
  4. Heat large skillet on medium high heat and add
  5. Once butter melts, add salmon fillets (skin down) to skillet spaced evenly.
  6. Add to skillet
  7. Add to skillet
  8. Turn heat down medium low; cover skillet with foil and cook for five minutes
  9. Uncover skillet and turn salmon; cook for five to six minutes.
  10. Remove and plate salmon.
  11. Place the juices and cooked garnishes over salmon.
