Easy Bento Tamagoyaki
- 1 medium Egg
- 1 tsp Ponzu
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Add the ponzu to a beaten egg, then prepare a tamagoyaki egg roll as usual.
- Here there are rolled with crab sticks.
- And rolled up nori seaweed.
- Or try them with minced scallions wrapped around crab sticks.
- Here they are with yuzu ponzu and shiso leaves.
- Here they are with aosa sea lettuce.
- Another alternative is using kombu ponzu.
- Or try them with yuzu ponzu and scallions.
- And here they are with scallions and shirasu sardines.
