Almond Martini

• Splash of Lillet Blanc
• Ice
• 3 ounces sake
• 3/4 ounce almond syrup
• 1 toasted almond

1. Rinse a chilled martini glass with Lillet.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the sake and almond syrup and shake well.
4. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with the almond.
