Pasta with Stir Fried Beef

  1. Stir together broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
  2. Whisk in cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cook garlic and ginger in oil in a wok or large frypan over medium-high heat for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  5. Add beef and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan and set aside.
  7. Add vegetables and stir fry for 5 -7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  8. Add sauce mixture and beef.
  9. Bring to boil and cook 3 - 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  10. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  11. Drain and serve with stir fry.
