Blueberry Pie Marnier Recipe

  1. Spread 2 c. blueberries in a baked and cooled pie shell.
  2. Cook 2 remaining c. with water, sugar, salt and cornstarch till thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and add in butter and Grand Marnier.
  4. Cold and chill.
  5. When cool, pour over berries in the shell.
  6. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  7. Serve with freshly made whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
