Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- 4 BOCA Spicy Chikn Veggie Patties
- 4 whole wheat sandwich rolls
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 8 pieces lettuce leaves
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 cups low-fat frozen yogurt
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Heat patties per package instructions.
- Spread each roll with 1 Tbsp.
- mayonnaise and top with 1 patty and 2 lettuce leaves.
- Complement each sandwich with 1/2 cup of carrots on the side.
- Enjoy 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt per serving for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
