Heath Bar Ice Cream Pie Recipe
- 9" graham crust
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 4 Heath bars, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- Spoon half of softened (but not melted) ice cream into pie shell.
- Sprinkle half of the Heath bars on top.
- Cover with remaining ice cream.
- Freeze.
- Combine in small saucepan sugar, lowfat milk, butter and corn syrup.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in other half of crushed Heath bars.
- Cold.
- Spoon over wedges.
- Very rich!
- Enjoy!
