Homemade Noodles Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 1/2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- In a bowl, place flour and make a well.
- Drop remaining ingredients into well.
- Mix with fork, then fingers till it form a very still dough.
- Roll out on floured board till very thin.
- Let stand till dry (2 hrs).
- Cut as you desire.
- Drop into chicken or possibly beef broth and cook 10 to 12 min.
